This Assessment includes a proposed plan with advice on changes you can make in your Child's diet and lifestyle that will dramatically improve their overall health, by lessening their symptoms, improving their Hormonal and Gut Health.
 
How does it work?
 
**Upon purchase of this Assessment, you will receive an email with instructions of how to fill out your child's Food Diary, and email it to Sarah. You will also receive a Comprehensive Health Background Assessment that you will fill out on behalf of your child, and will be automatically emailed to Sarah upon completion.
 
**Once Sarah has your Health Assessment, and Food Diary - she will complete your Assessment, this may take up to 5 working days.
