Use the French Clay Mask on the face and neck, followed by a very small amount of GLOW UP on the face and neck 3 - 4 times per week.
Follow this up by using the Blue Light Therapy for 20 minutes.
 
After the Acne starts to heal, it is a good idea to switch to the Red Light Therapy for 20 minutes 3 - 4 times per week to heal the scarring.
 
You can also use the Blue or Yellow Light to lessen any Redness.
 
Please note: There may be some "breakthrough" acne that occurs when you start this regime, but it will get better & heal after a few months of this treatment.
