Doing the work won't be glamorous

Doing the work won't be glamorous

 Cooking healthy meals at home.

Saying no to the glass of wine.

Scheduling daily movement AND following through.

Staying true to the healthy habits you have set out for yourself.

Committing to regular self-care is the game changer that can allow you to catapult your results and overall health.

Yes! I strength train in my cold garage

No, we can't park our cars in our garage

Sometimes I have to say no to fun things because I have made a commitment to myself to exercise or meal-prep #worthit

I have scheduled my strength training, daily walks, Pilates & stretching sessions to make sure they are never missed

My eating plan is low inflammation, full of healthy fats & protein. And - most importantly of all, it is CONSISTENT.

It may seem like my eating plan, exercise plan and self care regime seems strict to others - but here's what I've gained from the commitment:

  •  Waking up feeling clear headed and energized every morning after a great sleep (I used to wake up almost every day hungover)

  •  Stable energy levels throughout the day, and a stable mood throughout the day.

  •  Clear skin and eyes. My acne and eczema has cleared up 99.9% due to these commitments. Under eye circles are GONE

  •  Weight stability, toned muscles & good posture.

  •  Improved Immunity - it's been over 5 years since I've been sick.

  •  Shiny hair, healthy nails, & good skin tone (dramatically reduced cellulite)

  •  I'm a better parent, partner and business owner because of these commitments to myself

Do you have a regular self-care plan that you stick to?

What's holding you back from achieving your health & wellness goals?? Xx
