Constant urination very often means you have too high levels of Adrenaline.

Constant urination very often means you have too high levels of Adrenaline.

Ladies - if you need to go all of the time - its a very good idea to focus on lowering your Adrenaline levels, and supporting your Adrenal glands.

This is a symptom I see very often in girls/women with PTSD, or who have been through trauma and/or abuse.

I first noticed this in myself when I was 13 at high school.

I (unbeknownst to myself at the time) had PTSD and extremely high levels of Adrenaline in my body.

I would ask the teacher to go, and then I'd go - and come back to class, and then immediately need to go again.

This was so stressful, because I just became embarrassed to ask, and of course, I was super-shy and didn't want anyone thinking I had a weird need to go to the toilet all of the time.

So I would just spend almost every entire class trying to hold it until we went to our next class, when I could go in between.

And the stress of this, undoubtedly raised my Adrenaline even more.

I had high Adrenaline well into my adult life, and intense struggled with needing to go while I was teaching Pilates, Yoga or my Nutrition seminars.

It was not until I actually healed my Adrenal glands and spent a long time lowering stress that I can actually get control of my bladder.

I even notice it still now, If I have a coffee, then I will need to go like 4 times over the next hour, bc it's raised my Adrenaline again
